Okay, so as a seller you might not relish suddenly having your property filled with a bunch of complete strangers. We prefer to structure the viewing day and give all of the applicants an individual, pre-booked, viewing slot of 20 to 30 minutes. This enables us to spend more time with them in order to answer any questions that they may have. We will also accompany the applicants around your house for increased security. Obviously, it is not a very good idea to allow unknown people free access to your property. Therefore all of our applicants are registered for security and our staff are experienced and fully trained in order to minimise any risk.
